Chevy volt charger red light. Solid red light on charger and outlet has proper grounding. So, I thought it would be a good idea to have one thread to tell us what the different color lights, and state (solid/flashing) mean (at least, what you think it means ). From what I searched so far, it's a ground fault issue. However when car is locked the Charging Status Indicator (CSI) at the center of the instrument panel near the windshield turns flashing RED. Anyone know the issue ?
