Wow change resolution. wtf file, but that didn’t seem to work. But if I set windows resolution to 1920 1080 60Hz and wow to “Resolution scale” 100% then everything is great. You can change the aspect with "/sfix aspect x:y", or set it back to automatic mode with "/sfix aspect auto". just to be clear, when in windowed mode the window size is weird, the ratio cannot be changed as it only resizes both dimensions together, and there are no resolution size options in the graphics I've been googling around all day to try and fix this, but I can't select the proper resolution no matter what I do.
